Horrible communication for questions and concerns. When I gave a detailed description MULTIPLE TIMES of issues with my face and questions regarding steps of application; response was vague and unhelpful. I was told to reach out with further questions if I had any, and when I did I got left on read via Instagram and ignore via email still to this day! The mask reeks of oder and literally burns my face as if there’s acid in it. I do not believe a qualified chemist was involved in the assistance of making these products, if at all. I will be discontinuing use immediately as this ‘black owned business’ was a waste of my time and money!

I have only been using this product for a few weeks. I do love the way my skin feels after the facial scrub. Very soft, and smooth. Haven't noticed a difference with some of the dark spots on my skin yet. The mask is a little potent as far as the smell of vinegar, which I think is one of the ingredients.
