Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers have 24 hours to make us aware of damages & issues upon receiving products. 

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Lost/Stolen Packages 

At check out signature upon delivery has been added to ensure the package is delivered to you directly. You are liable to file a claim with USPS or risk lost/stolen package if otherwise.
